Why is Monochrome Photo mode missing in the plugin?

Monochrome Photo mode is not available with the following media types:

• Plain paper
• Synthetic paper
• Backlit or Backprint Film
• Thin Fabric Banner 2
• Canvas Matte 2
• POP Board
• Special 1-5
• Special 6-10 (available on iPFX100 printers)

Select a different media type in order to have Monochrome Photo mode available.
